Telehealth services and licensure
Dr. Elizabeth Gordon, PsyD is licensed as a psychologist in Maryland and New York. Through the PsyPact interstate compact (Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact, provider #9653), she is authorized to provide telepsychology services to clients located in PsyPact-participating states.
Telehealth therapy services are only available to clients who are physically located in a state where Dr. Gordon is licensed or authorized to practice at the time of the session. It is the client's responsibility to notify this practice if they travel to or relocate to a state that is not covered. Services cannot be provided to clients located in states outside this practice's licensure or PsyPact authorization.

Applicable law
The therapeutic relationship, when established, is governed by the laws and professional ethics standards of the state in which the client is physically located at the time services are provided, as well as the licensing requirements of this practice.
