Geography does not have to interrupt continuity of care.

PsyPact is an interstate compact that allows licensed psychologists to provide telepsychology services across state lines without requiring a separate license in every state. For you, that means access to a specialist in eating disorders, body image, and anxiety regardless of where you're located, as long as you're physically in a participating state at the time of your session.

You don't need to be a resident. If you travel frequently for work, split time between states, or have recently relocated, your care doesn't have to start over.

High-achieving adults often move for graduate school, careers, or relationships, and losing access to a therapist who actually understands the work is one of the more disruptive parts of that transition. This is one thing that doesn't have to change.

Eating disorder therapy

For adults at any stage. Understanding what the eating disorder has been doing for you, not just what it's been doing to you, is where the lasting work happens. My background spans inpatient through outpatient.

Therapy for anxiety and perfectionism

For high-achieving adults when the drive becomes harder to live with than it is to keep up. The standards, the inner critic, the relentlessness. The exhaustion doesn't have to be permanent.

Body image therapy

For the shame, the monitoring, the way appearance has become bound up with worth. This work draws on a full eating disorder specialist background. Body image is rarely just about the body.

Therapy for depression

Especially the kind that doesn't look like sadness from the outside — that looks like going through the motions while feeling strangely far from your own life.
